Feasibility Exercise
Snow Mesa can conduct a general study of a property to analyze local zoning codes, determine a square footage range, and gauge whether you can fit your dream house wish-list on your property. All we need is an address and a completed questionnaire to get started.
Schematic Design
Now the fun part. Our designers will jump into action to get you our initial floorplan drawings in our schematic design package. Our plans will show you spatial adjacencies, furniture layouts, room dimensions, ceiling heights, and everything else you need to envision your house.
Construction Document Development
After concept finalization, Snow Mesa will get to work on the construction documentation. This document set provides all the information you need from a designer to build your home.
Pre-Construction & Permitting Administration
City permitting procedures can be complicated and can vary greatly from place to place. Snow Mesa can do the research for you, coordinate other consultants (engineering, energy, etc), and obtain your building permits expertly and efficiently.
Construction Administration
The work isn’t over when you have your building permits in hand. Snow Mesa remains at your side throughout the construction process to help with anything that might come up.
Getting to Know You!
Complete our design questionnaire and send over some inspiration to get started. We will set up a meeting to discuss your wish-list, the architectural style that best fits your home, and most importantly: to get to know you! All of which are important to give us a sense of how we will design your future home around you.

Revision and Modification
As talented as we are, we believe that perfection lies in repetition and iteration. Our goal, first and foremost , is to make sure you are excited about your schematic drawings. We welcome critique and criticism from you, your family, and your friends! We will continue to provide revision to your designs until every wall, window, and the kitchen sink are well located.
Deliverables
The completed schematic design package will include everything you need to take your dream to the next step whether you choose to hire Snow Mesa for the next steps or not. Long after you walk out our door, we are committed to remain a resource to make your house a reality.

Consultations are free. Whether it be a phone call, virtual walk through, or in-person visit, we make the time to see what exciting renovation ideas you have on your mind.
Field Measure
To ensure our drawings are accurate, we will set up a time to visit and take measurements of the renovation area. This includes everything from walls, cabinets, and electrical outlets to ensure all angles of the new design are considered.
Schematic Design
Once we have measurements we will get started. We digitally model every part of the renovation so you can completely envision your space. After modeling we are able to walk you through the model in three dimensions and revise as needed.
